During my recent Easter getaway at Le Manoir Aux Douves, I was captivated by the charming atmosphere that enveloped us from the moment we arrived. Nestled in a peaceful rural setting, the comfy beds and excellent showers provided a tranquil respite after our exhilarating day at Puy du Fou, which was conveniently only 21 km away. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the delightful home-cooked dinner, an experience I highly recommend for an authentic taste of local flavors, topped off with warm hospitality that felt just like home. To unwind, we enjoyed serene moments on the terrace, taking in the beautiful garden views— a perfect conclusion to our days filled with adventure.
